Eduardo Egüez
Born in Buenos Aires, Eduardo Egüez belongs to the new generation of argentine lutenists. After graduating at the “Schola Cantorum Basiliensis” under the guidance the Hopkinson Smith, Mr. Egüez has given many solo concerts in the main cities of South America, Europe, Australia and Japan, being well received by critics worldwide and highly appreciated by the public.
He has performed together with artists such as Jordi Savall, Claudio Abbado, Cecilia Bartoli, Rinaldo Alessandrini.
He has given many international courses and seminars, and teaches lute and basso continuo at the Zürich University of Arts (www.zhdk.ch)
